BonJour!
Just got back from a weekend in Nice with our friends Jess and Fabri from Saluzzo and their friend who lives in China and his Chinese girlfriend (who didn’t speak much English or Italian!) We were quite an eclectic group given the fact that Jess is also American…

Unfortunately I forgot my camera so I don’t have any original photos but I wanted to share some of the things I liked and didn’t like about NICE.

THINGS I LIKED!
– The all you can eat mussels in all different flavors for 14 euros!

www.cavolettodibruxelles.it

– The characteristic city full of diverse people
– The walk along the sea
– The baguettes

www.thefreshloaf.com

– The architecture
– The FREE beaches
– The beautiful weather
– Lots of shops!
– The casual atmosphere

THINGS I DIDN’T LIKE
– That the very common rosè in pitchers is sooo expensive for its quality.
– The VERY PAINFUL pebbles on the beach…
– That after 3 years of highschool french I could only say Merci!

But that’s definitey close to perfect and we had a wonderful weekend full of fun, food and friends!

AuRevoir!
