COOKING CLASS OPTIONS

COOKING CLASS WITH MAMMA

Some are young and some are “older” but they all hold traditional family recipes and share a common love for good comfort food and family. Normally the day starts in their home or professional kitchen where you will get started and get to know one another.

These kinds of cooking lessons are either completely or mostly hands on and normally last for a half day (morning/lunch preferable). You eat what you prepare in a very homy and comfortable setting. I will have to be with you for most of these because the ladies don’t speak English so a translator is needed.

COOKING AT THE WINERY WITH A PRO CHEF

What better way to combine your love for food and wine than cooking while drinking in a winery! You can take part in cooking local dishes with the wine family’s mamma and eat your meal inside the winery. As you can immagine there will be plenty of wine to accompany your day.

Or take a tour of a small boutique winery and finish in the tasting room where you can start your cooking class. Here, a local Chef will show you how to make traditional dishes that you can eat. The wine tasting portion of the visit will appen as you eat course by course with explanations.
