Coincidence?

I think we all have a special place in our hearts for our grandmas and grandpas. Yesterday in Italy, it was Festa della Donna… a celebration of women. How appropriate is it that one of the most inspiring women I know, my grandma, was born practically on this day (a day after)! So not only can I toast to all the women out there, but I can give special birthday wishes to my grandma Maria for being such a caring, insightful and compassionate human being. BUON COMPLEANNO E AUGURI NONNA!

While Grandma was celebrating her birthday, on the other side of the ocean I was celebrating Festa della Donna but thinking of her!
